On a prominent corner lot in Coolidge Corner, this turn-of-the-century Colonial Revival was meticulously restored to bring back its historic elegance while introducing modern luxury. Completed in 2012–2013, the project delivered over 6,100 square feet of living space across four levels, carefully blending period craftsmanship with today’s amenities.
Inside, the home features 15 rooms, including 8 bedrooms and 7 full baths, with four en-suites. The second-floor primary suite is highlighted by a fireplace and oversized deck, while additional bedrooms and flexible spaces accommodate both family and guests. This residence was designed for versatility, functioning as either a single-family home with a lower-level au pair/guest suite or as a two-family layout with a 10-room, 5-bath owner’s unit and a separate rental apartment.
Historic details such as coffered ceilings, French doors, fireplaces, and exquisite millwork were preserved and restored, while the kitchen was completely reimagined with custom cabinetry, marble and granite counters, a 48” Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigeration, and a designer wet bar.
