Meet our founders
Luis Diaz Granados - Founder, CEO
Luis is the founder and Managing Principal of Arco LLC Design+Build. Following his architectural studies in Colombia, Luis pursued further experience in construction and design through his work with Stull & Lee. Since Arco LLC was founded it has brought forth a unique and notable design to high-end residential spaces in the communities of Brookline, Newton and Greater Boston areas.
Over the years, Luis’ commitment to his work has helped the company maintain a grand reputation for delivering some of the best design and build solutions for residential homes. The growing clientele and dedicated Arco team continue to influence Luis’ overall goals in delivering his best work to each community he serves.
Carolina Trujillo - Founder, Chief Development Officer
Carolina Trujillo de DiazGranados, a Venezuelan native, has been a dynamic force in Massachusetts real estate for over two decades. With a law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and an LLM. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University, where she later taught, Carolina has built a career spanning community development, project finance, and residential and commercial lending.
Philanthropic at heart, she created a foreclosure prevention unit during the 2008 crisis that helped hundreds of families, earning her the Young Lawyers Chair Award from BU. Today, she serves on the Boston Ballet Advisory Board, the OBGYN task force at Beth Israel Deaconess, and co-founded the House of Art Club to mentor women across disciplines.
As Arco’s Co-Founder and Chief Development Officer, Carolina cultivates investor, broker, and community relationships, driving projects that have earned recognition such as Boston Common Magazine’s 2024 “Development Dream Team.” Inspired by her grandmother’s entrepreneurial spirit, she champions mentorship, women’s leadership, and the power of perseverance.
