Sometimes, there is something powerful about creating space to simply pause,
especially when so much of our time is spent thinking about what comes next.

This past Saturday, Arco had the pleasure of partnering with conscious coaches Cristina
Sorgi and Aarón Maldonado to bring the BE Conscious Workshop to Boston – an
intimate, one-day experience centered on awareness, reflection, and reconnecting
with oneself.
Guided by Cristina and Aarón, the day invited participants to step away
from the responsibilities and expectations of everyday life and experience themselves
from a different level of awareness.
Throughout the retreat, participants moved through a thoughtfully curated series of
experiences, including guided meditation, conscious writing, self-inquiry, meaningful
conversations, emotional release, and moments of silence and contemplation. Rather
than simply learning about mindfulness and awareness, the intention was to create the
space to experience them, to slow down enough to listen inward and become more
present.

At the heart of the experience was Cristina’s ASSB™ method: Accept, Surrender, Be,
Shine. The process encourages participants to observe their thoughts and emotions,
release patterns that no longer serve them, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and
ultimately approach their lives, relationships, and decisions with greater clarity and
authenticity.
For Arco, creating meaningful spaces has always extended beyond their physical form.
A home, a room, or a gathering place can become the backdrop for conversation,
connection, creativity, and experiences that stay with us long after we leave.
It was a privilege to open our doors to an experience rooted in that same spirit.
Thank you to Cristina Sorgi and Aarón Maldonado for bringing BE Conscious to Boston,
and to everyone who joined us for a day dedicated to slowing down, looking inward,
and reconnecting with what matters most.
