Our design approach celebrated the history of the site by reimagining the original barn that once stood here, introducing newly built rear residences inspired by a modern farmhouse aesthetic. By merging the expertise of our architects, engineers, and designers, we created a townhome community that evolves the character of the original property while offering contemporary comfort and style.
Inside, the residences feature dramatic kitchens with mixed-material cabinetry, quartz countertops, and premium Thermador appliances. Open living spaces include family rooms anchored by sleek fireplaces, designed for both entertaining and everyday connection.
Primary suites offer generous proportions, two walk-in closets, and spa-inspired baths with soaking tubs. Additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a dedicated laundry room complete the second floor, while finished lower levels provide flexible space with an additional bedroom and full bath.
Steps from Newtonville Village Center and the commuter rail, Walker Street brings together the best of suburban charm and urban convenience in a community that reflects both history and modern design.
